What does an average day of training look like for you?
Lazar: Morning – Session 1 – Aerobic capacity / Mid day – Session 2 – Lifting/Barbbell / Evening – Session 3 – Crossfit/Gymnastics
Luka: Average training days usually starts around 9 am where I ususally do some kind of longer conditioning, running, rowing, swimming or some longer workout. Around 1 pm in second session I usually do 2 to 3 hours long session focused on weightlifting or gymnastics and accessories with maybe some shorter workout at the end. Last session of the day usually starts around 6 pm and it consists of one or two classic CrossFit workouts or some high intensity intervals.
