The 2019 Crossfit Games just wrapped up and history was both made and repeated.

Tia-Clair Toomey became the first female in Crossfit Games history to win 3 times while Mat Fraser became the second male ever to win 4 straight championships.

The prize payouts also happened to be the largest in Crossfit Games history, coming a long way from the $500 payout at the inaugural Games.
