With only one finish outside of 2nd place Tia-Clair Toomey defends her title as the Rogue Invitational champion and also claims her 5th straight Sanctional victory.
When Mat Fraser withdrew from competition due to injury, last year’s 2nd place finisher Patrick Vellner became the odds favorite to win on the men’s side and he did not dissapoint.
With only one finish outside of 3rd place Vellner showed that he is ready for the podium once again at the Crossfit Games.
