5 Best Pieces of Crossfit Art For Home Gyms and Boxes

The 2020 Crossfit Games start in just 3 days and 4x champion Mat Fraser is poised to be the only athlete to ever win the Games 5 times, cementing himself as the greatest Crossfit athlete of all time.

But before he won his first championship he finished 2nd two years in a row, and in his own words that’s what motivated him to win the next four.

His favorite quote “Hard Work Pays Off” simple, but effective has now been made into awesome canvas art created by Ikonick, along with 3 other pieces that belong in every Crossfit gym.

Let’s take a look.

Pressure is a Privilege

Pressure always comes when going after big goals. You want the pressure because pressure means that you are expected to succeed, both by yourself and by others.

Every Crossfit competition that Mat Fraser enters he not only has the pressure to win, but also to dominate. With this constantly in mind he is driven daily to train at a higher level than his competition.

This is also our favorite design of the entire set.

Isn’t funny how it’s always the short and simple quotes that produce the most action?

Four simple words that you can keep replaying in your mind over and over throughout a workout to fight off those feelings of pain and doubt.

In the span of only 7 years Mat Fraser has gone from a no-name ex-weightlifter with a broken back to the greatest Crossfit athlete of all time, and one of the most marketable people in all of fitness all through the power of hard work paying off.

You Win or You Learn

Just as Fraser said before those two years he finished in 2nd place was exactly what he needed in order to learn what had to be done in order to become a champion.

He learned that his diet and sleep was not on point, and he had to make his pursuit for 1st place his number one priority above all else. Without these 2 years he would not be who he is today.

The greatest female Crossfit athlete of all time Tia-Clair Toomey went through the exact same process. Her first 2 years at the Games she finished in 2nd place and then went on to win the next 3, and likely her 4th next week.

She learned that she had to fix her mindset and believe in herself before she could become the best.

Pain is Temporary

Going into the pain cave and coming out is perhaps the most difficult and most enjoyable part of Crossfit as it is necessary for success and so few people fight through it.

In Crossfit your body and your mind are in a constant battle against each other, because while one says you need to stop the other says you need to keep going.

There are no timeouts, no water breaks, and no opportunities to slow down in Crossfit. The more you push through the pain and the faster you move the sooner it is over. Crossfit is often a game of seconds where 1st-10th can be separated by 10 seconds and you will regret stopping when the workout is over.

All 5 of these awesome pieces of canvas art look phenomenal and were hand chosen by Mat Fraser himself.

With 2020 forcing many people to create their own home gyms any of these pieces would be the perfect finishing touch, as well as a great Christmas present for that fit friend you never know what to get.

All pieces are 15% OFF with CODE: HOM15
