How Did CompTrain Athletes Finish at The 2019 Crossfit Games

Ben Bergeron is the owner of Crossfit New England and more importantly the head coach to many of the top Crossfit Games athletes including Katrin Davidsdottir, Brooke Wells, Cole Sager, Amanda Barnhart, and formerly Mat Fraser.

Comptrain is his competitive programming. Tens of thousands of people from all over the world follow his Comptrain programming and for good reason, it works.

At the 2019 Crossfit Games 53 athletes represented Comptrain as their programming including 15 individual male and females, 5 teens, and 34 masters.

Comptrain produced 2 athletes in the top 10 and a total of six athletes in the top 20.
