The Rogue Invitational, perhaps the most popular Sanctional of the 2019 Crossfit season was stacked with talent with most of it’s competitors not even having to qualify due to their reputation at the top.
But exactly how tough was the competition?
Well, first of all the Rogue Invitational was the toughest Sanctional out of the entire 2019 season on both the men’s and women’s side.

Impressively enough between the men and women there was a combined 70 Crossfit Games appearances. But also among all 40 individuals not one athlete finished outside of the top 87 in the 2019 Crossfit Open.
However, although the competition was the toughest of all Sanctionals it was also the easiest to qualify for the Games as 13/20 athletes on each side were already pre-qualified meaning you only had to beat 6 other competitors in order to make the Games.
It may be hard to make the Rogue Invitational but if you make it there it is one of your best chances to qualify for the Crossfit Games.
