Mat Fraser on USA TODAY
Yesterday 4X Crossfit Games champion Mat Fraser made an appearance on the popular morning show USA TODAY where he talked about his recent championship run at the 2019 Crossfit Games as well as gave workout tips and discussed his training habits through the years.

Katrin Davidsdóttir in the ESPN BODY ISSUE
Earlier this month 2x Crossfit Games champion Katrin Davidsdóttir posed nude in ESPN’s annual “body issue” which showcases mostly nude photos of some of the world’s top athletes.
This is a huge step for Crossfit as Katrin is the first Crossfit athlete to be featured in the body issue.

Brooke Wells on CNN
Back in July of 2018 5X Crossfit Games athlete Brooke Wells was featured on CNN where she discussed her life of competition and what its like to train with your biggest rivals.

Brooke Ence in WONDER WOMAN
Back in June 2017 when the blockbuster superhero movie Wonder Woman was released 2015 Crossfit Games athlete Brooke Ence was cast as one of the Amazonian warriors.
Although she had only a limited role as an extra this was a big step. This also could be the first of many roles landed by Crossfit athletes as they are already in the physical shape desired by directors of certain movies.

Rich Froning on NETFLIX
In July of 2015 8X Crossfit Games champion Rich Froning was the sole focus of this documentary “The Fittest Man in History” which was added to Netflix shortly after its release.
In the film Froning explains how he got into Crossfit, what it has done for his life and where he is headed next.
This turned out to be the first film of many Crossfit documentaries that would be added to Netflix including “The Fittest on Earth“, “The Fittest on Earth: A Decade of Fitness“, “Every Second Counts“, “The Redeemed and The Dominant“, and “Functional Fitness“
