Which Training Program Had The Best Results at the 2021 Crossfit Games

The 2021 Crossfit Games just ended and it went exactly as we thought it would for the women, and on the men’s side we got a new champion in Medeiros.

Of course when someone reaches the very top people become interested in what their training throughout the year looks like and what program they follow.

Tia is of course under PRVN where her husband Shane Orr runs the show, and Medeiros was working with Mat Fraser a bit in the offseason, but what about the rest of the athletes?

Which training program had the best overall finishes among their athletes? This post only includes final placings and does not include “most improved”, “rookie of the year”, etc.

*This post is not intended to be an extremely thorough analysis of training programs, their athletes, and many variables. This is simply showing which programs were represented at the Games, and what their final placing was*
