Crossfit Games Athlete Samuel Kwant’s Open 19.2 Split Times

Multi-year Crossfit Games athlete Samuel Kwant came back from last year’s leg injury in a strong way.

After finishing 52nd in the world on 19.1 with 388 reps, he followed that up with a 22nd global placing on 19.2 with a time of 18:08.

Not many people were able to finish 19.2 due to its brutal mix of heavy weights, muscle fatigue, and short time constraints. This makes Kwant’s strategy one that we should study and implement in future workouts to give ourselves the best shot at completion.
