When it comes to sports it’s often not important about the number of athletes you have competing but instead how well those athletes actually perform.
The Crossfit Games is no different and with this year’s format changes athletes were tested in ways they never before had to worry about it.
These changes were seen as good to some and bad to others but in the end the Games still tested to see which athletes were prepared and which were not.
Training Think Tank athletes are one of those few programs that had not just one but multiple athletes succeed this year at a very high level.
Below are the results of how their athletes did, a testament to quality over quantity.
